Join us August 9, 2019 at 12pm as Dr. Alexander Rich provides an in depth overview of our current exhibition Flashback Female: Women Artists in the 1980s from the Permanent Collection.

 Dr. H. Alexander Rich is the Executive Director and Chief Curator of the Museum. In addition, he is also an Assistant Professor of Art History at Florida Southern College and chair of the newly established Department of Art History & Museum Studies, which will be located at the Museum beginning this fall.  

 Dr. Rich is a specialist in Modern and Contemporary Art History, with a particular focus on European and American art of the 19th and 20th centuries. He earned his Ph.D. in Art History from the Institute of Fine Arts, New York University, and his A.B. from Dartmouth College.
