ART LAB: Renoir

January 13

10:30am to Noon
Instructor: Rachel Stewart
All ages welcome.
Fee: Free for everyone. Pre-registration is required. Space is limited.

This lab will reflect on the current exhibition of Renoir’s printmaking technique. It will give you a look into other printing techniques that are fun and simple. The participants will experience a hands on process of drawing on Styrofoam (plate), rolling the plate with color and printing the image to create your own personal artwork.

Every second Saturday (September - May), participants will be to introduced to one of the Museum's exhibitions in a fun, entertaining and accessible manner through hands-on learning for all ages and skills. Labs are led by professional artists or art educators whom will engage participants in creating their own piece of artwork through a wide array of art mediums, techniques and connecting conversations relating to a specific exhibition on display in the Museum.
